    Crew/Division Logos

    A feature that could be sold in the Cash Shop , This is a Guild Mark Design menu... A Cosmetic item in which allows a Player to make and design their own Crew/Division Logos

    This really would be sold left and right if you ask me

    as for the flaws which is the freedom given to players to design whatever, so it could lead to Profanity... those Crew/Division logos should be Monitored , when a Player submits the Logo to be then Manually checked by Mods.

    As game time moves on berry stocks plummit in value.

    We could use some overpriced gear in marinefort, some gambling options, some new ammo and knife options.

    Overall there are players when you run through the roster that are sitting on more than 10k berry.
    there is nothing to do in the end of the game with berry, causing the rarest items to be sold for diamonds and or steam gift cards, and or real money.

    Idea 1: Slot machines; these could have a super low rate to drop even a fruit "7-7-7", 1000 berry per pull. other items could appear on "Bar" such as the treasure chest items, every other rewards could be SE/Berry, or instead of rare items the new mysterious "soul power" could potentially be gained from the slot machine.

    Idea 2: New ammo, Faster bullets with +damage +attack rate. could cost even 5 berry per bullet crafting. use both stones. could use metal bullets themselves to craft. ect. something for players to put money into.

    Idea 3: Fruit customizations, this could open the door up to awakening fruits, another dialogue option with litorio, where the fruits effect on the player could change, such as modifying damage formulas or defense formulas. for example the rubber fruit could cause Agility to formulate into the defence formula with health and energy, or replace health in the defense formula with agility, this will allow tankier low life builds in the future.

    Idea 4: Ability to contract kills on peace mode players, 10,000 berry per target contract. lost on death. tradable.
    This will also open up more player interaction, pvp, hostilities, party play for protections.

    Idea 5: Ability to craft better knives, using rocks and throwing knives and advanced throwing knives to gain "assassin knives'

    Idea 6: non stat related attack items; poison vials, explosives, ect ect.

    Idea 7: Stat related growth by berry. 10,000 for 1 stat and then it cumulates at a 1.1 ratio. 11,000 then 12500 ect.

    Goal: make berry valuable in game, to slow black market trading, to keep interest in end game grinding, player retention.
    Con: may cause a slightly stronger learning curve for players, but as the community grows us players can handle teaching new players.

    More classes or skills

    Maybe something like a blunt weapons based class would be good to make use of sticks. 
    Also I noticed that fighter techniques are straight up Sanji's skills, so every fighter uses their feet as their main weapon making this class kinda unspecial, maybe more variety into classes would be a good idea.

    Key-trading

    I have found myself in a situation where I cannot trade keys. 
    I had an arrangement with party members and I picked them up.
    They are currently bound.
    they cannot be traded.
    I know it's my fault as the player, but I would like to be able to fix mistakes that affect other players.

    Detailed Wanted Posters

    I thought of a tiny flavour idea to spice things up in the overworld, and I'm pretty sure it would ensure further immersion. Now, I realize there's a long list of planned features and content on the backlog already, but hear me out;
    Put wanted posters of particularly high-bounty player characters on a couple walls in the cities and villages of the game. That way, newer people can stumble upon them and 'shoot for them' or create long term goals, and older characters can get to see their impact in the game in a minor but important way. It would also be very good for marine players, giving them pointers for who's a high value target and who's been making waves at sea- no pun intended.

    Note sheets on cosmetics. Invisible ink?

    With the cosmetic slots, and some players asking about armors; I feel like a small compromise would be note sheets being able to give 1-5 stats on cosmetic slots.
    Another thing would be invisible ink, that way as players trade around for stat items if the item looking kinda bad they can make it invisible.

    Ending notes , Yes some of the aspect I presented doesn't really sound too Non P2W friendly and they can always be Omitted as they will present a Debacle for this system
    imo... but those are about the only things I can think of how a VIP subscription in game would function

    Armament Haki Idea

    Since i just made a suggestion about Haki Colors, why not keep going.
    Armament Haki, in the manga it makes you more durable and enhances your attacks and makes you able to hit logias !
    In the game, let's make it grindy 😈; You'll have to train your haki to reach new tiers of mastery, maybe 3 Tiers Max, there could be few ways to train haki im not too sure. Maybe taking and dealing damage would make a hidden stat go up and once you reach a treshold it your haki evolves in a flashy animation !
    To not make it too OverPowered, Haki could have a duration/durability before it breaks or both making you unable to use it until you recover.

    Each tier giving a buff, and increasing the duration of your Haki;

    T1 Buso : You barely master it and can just defend yourself with it making you take XX% less damage while activated. I'm leaving XX because i am terrible at balancing, i'll let you guys figure that out 🤭.

    T2 Buso : You can now reliably use your haki during combat, able to enhance your defense further and your attacks ! Take XX% less damage and deal XX% more damage while activated ! You are now also able to hit non physical ennemies ! (Logia and maybe special mobs making haki a requisite to farm in certain areas).

    T3 Buso : You are a master at using buso, a cannonball wouldnt leave a scratch on you, how scary... 😨 You now take XX% less damage and deal XX% more damage ! Oh, what is this ? You're fancy and colorful 🤗

    (T3 gives a color to your haki go check my other suggestion for more info)

    Thanks for reading this far, i dont have a clear idea for Observation Haki that wouldnt make it absolutely busted i'll make another suggestion later ! 

    EDIT : As for the obtainment method for buso, i think a simple quest is kind of lame why not make it so you need to risk your life to awaken it ? Get into dangerous situation during capture events or even pvp with a certain % chance to awaken, and if you're unlucky just make the % go up each time the player risks their lives so they get better chances to awaken it. It would encourage people seeking pvp events. Plus since pvp events arent that frequent i dont think people would find a way to cheese that... but we're never too sure lol :v

    Revamp of Rarity and Key System

    This idea is to remove keys from being the main form of getting the best weapons and just make it a way to get the basic form of that weapon.
    I'm suggesting to make bosses and mobs drop weapons with random stats within a set stat range and the average percentage of the stat will determine the rarity of the item, this means all shops, gift and chest items will have base stats (0%) and players will have to farm a specific boss or mob to get the best form of the items they want.
    An Example
    Common: 0-5%
    Uncommon: 6-11%
    Rare: 12-17
    Epic: 18-22
    Legendary: 23-25
    The stats that will be affected by this system will be Base Damage, Attack Speed, Critical Chance and Stat Requirement wherein all will go up and stat requirement will go down.
    Example on how the system will work, when an item does drop and all the stats are randomize by percentages what percent will determine the the rarity.

    As you can see the Attack Speed got a legendary roll but when combined with all the other stats its a 10% boost and the rarity of the weapon is uncommon.
    The purpose of the rarity can be for many thing, one of such can be to give crafter's upgrades a percentage buff when upgrading a rarer weapon base on the average stats percentage.
    A way to balance off the economy because the game will have lots of new loot that will have a price on them which is to make the items bound on pickup and they are only able to be unbounded by going to the key NPC which can only be unlocked from Faction Wars, A player will have to pay a large number of berries (like 80% or so of the item selling price) to do so or sell the item for a set price of 500 berries to an NPC if its selling price is more than that.
     
    The point of this is to give players a reason to want to keep farming bosses and mobs to get the best form of the weapon they want and not just stop playing when they get that one weapon from a chest also its to remove the importance of keys and make players work hard for what they want by farming the harder bosses and not the weak ones or pay a lot for berries to get that super rare item because the person that finds the weapon will have to have lots of berries to unlock the item to sell it, makes it so berries now have a bigger part to play in the game.

    More Than just a Title

    This idea is to give titles in the game more meaning to them and not just make them for show, as the game is right now when you get an achievement you also can show it off as a titles and achievements are gained mostly by doing something over and over again.
    I suggest that all titles have stats on them which can ranges from 1 more HP point to even 5% life steal when they are equipped and harder to get titles will have better stats than easier to get ones.
    Examples:
    Bat hunter (killing bats) Player does 5% more damage to bats
    Wood cutter (cutting trees) Player drop rate for wood goes up
    Out of the barrel (doing quest) Player gets 5% more exp and berries from quest
    Like it Hot (killing fire boss) Player takes 5% less damage from fire attacks
    That's just some examples on how it all can work and as you can see the titles also can fits what players get from them in some cases so when someone see a title like "Like it Hot" they know that player have a bit of resistance to fire attacks.
     
    (P.S) That was the first part to my idea which is the main point of this post, this part is just an addon and does not need to be added to the first part but I think that the will bring more reason for players that have titles to want to keep farming that said mob or boss.
    This part of my idea is to give titles ranks where players can upgrade their titles as they keep playing the game. As a player gets a title, they can keep doing what they did to  get the title to upgrade the rank of that title and it will show with an outline of the rarity color.
                                                                                         Example with a title

    Common: Player takes 5% less damage from fire attacks (get 5o kills)
    Uncommon: Player takes 6% less damage from fire attacks and does 1% more damage to fire users (get 15o kills)
    Rare: Player takes 7% less damage from fire attacks and does 2% more damage to fire users (get 3oo kills)
    Epic: Player takes 8% less damage from fire attacks and does 3% more damage to fire users (get 600 kills)
    Legendary: Player takes 10% less damage from fire attacks and does 5% more damage to fire users (get 1ooo kills)
    This part is to add uniqueness to not only player builds but also to titles because a player with a legendary title will have a bigger fear impact than one with a common title showing that one is a master at what they do apart from one that is a jack of all traits and just using it for that one fight.
     
    This idea in a whole is to add uniqueness to players build,  give max players reason to farm all types of mobs/bosses no matter what's the mob/boss level, Put a fear factor to titles and add more of an endgame to players that feel there is nothing left to do in the game.

    More than just an Outfit (Gear Revamp)

    This suggestion is an addon to the Revamp of Rarity and Key System idea, I suggest that all gear except for key chest and item shops in the game have random stats added to them on pickup and that all mobs in the game have some form of gear added to their drop pool.
    The gear will have random stats on them using the same Prefix and Suffix systems we have in blacksmithing to add the stats which are only from the main stats of the game being Health, Energy, Willpower, Agility and Aim. The stat number will determine the rarity of the item that you have, for example.
    Common: 0-2 stats
    Uncommon: 3-4 stats
    Rare: 5-6 stats
    Epic: 7-8 stats
    Legendary: 9-10 stats
    The Prefix and Suffix system will have a max number of 5 stats each for this example.
    Gear name: Black Sleeveless Shirt
    Prefix for Health: Sturdy 
    Suffix for Health: of the Bull 
    So when a Black Sleeveless Shirt drops it gets a prefix, suffix or both and the stat bonus it give will determine the rarity, so lets say the stat bonus of the two is 3, the stat buff will be 6 Health and it will have its name changed form Black Sleeveless Shirt to "Sturdy Black Sleeveless Shirt of the Bull".
    Mob drops will not be the only way to obtain gear because not every player likes to farm mobs so their are lots of other ways players can get gear with random stats or set stats.
    1) Trading PvP reputation for gear boxes, a limited a number a week because players will kill their friends to farm it.
    2) Main or Side quest which can give players a starting set, or a Daily quest that give players an item that they can use to trade in for a gear box and the more they trade the better the rarity can be.
    3) Blacksmithing where players can craft gear and use a set item to raise the rarity of the gear they craft.
    4) Boss battles because bosses already drop boxes so opening them can give gear that have a minimum rarity of Rare for high level bosses so its a good way to get better gear.
    5) Trade Event tickets for gear boxes/or gear itself, the more you trade the better the chance to get a higher rarity so saving it would be meaningful.
     
    Every mob as I said will have gear drops but not all of them will go up to the best rarity, they will have a max limit to Common or Uncommon for low level mobs and Rare to higher levels one, so don't think that the boar mobs will drop a Legendary accessory and that you can farm them all day for that.
    In the same way not every item piece of gear slot will have HP on it so the hand gears can have Aim, Willpower or Agility but nothing else so a player can get a Legendary hand gear but with Aim and Agility on it which would will be as good as a Uncommon or Rare piece of gear to them.

    It should be noted that everything is an example and the numbers I used was to make it clear and are not what I think they should be but I do think that this will add a but more meaning to the gear that we wear and new players will want to farm mobs knowing that with everyone mob they fight they can get a new piece of gear. I will be fun to see that low level players will be looking like the mobs they farm over time because mobs drop their own gear.

    Marketing idea

    In order to get more players we have to think more about the Digital Marketing that is done for this game. My ideas are these: 1. create an instagram of the game with the content creator option and upload certain videos and images and pay for advertising aids, instagram is a worldwide platform so you could get a lot of new players. 2. access google advertising aids pay so that the game appears in searches related to pirates/marines/one piece etc. one piece, which is where the gameplay of the game comes from, has an expectation of millions of people since it is one of the most watched animes in the world. It would also win many players. 3. Contact professional YouTubers who test the game and make videos on their channels. It is also one of the platforms worldwide, so it would also be a great possibility to get players. many youtubers look for projects like this to help them get more players. I have more ideas but these are the most economical and effective within the low price

    More Skills / Variations - Early Game.

    Hey!
    So.. I tried the game again. I can tell, it's already much better than Nin after its over 10 yrs of development.
    But it has flaws that keeps the majority away. 
    Main flaw I noticed in the game is the non-existant combat feeling.

    As a beginner you got a bunch of ways to engage the fight, but you can't really keep it up.
    Wow, I can use my punches and hit until my hp goes down, as I have to tank every single hit. / The dodge roll? is probably the most useless skill I've ever witnessed in a game. (could be the ping tho.)

    Later on if you pick your class, you'd think, now its time, the fun shall begin! yeah.. no.
    Again, you got skills to engage the fight, but you can't keep it up. 
    Fighter, is pretty much just the level 1 experience with kicks.
    Swordsman, is the most idle-game-ish experience I've seen in a game, pokemon battles including text reading is more intense than the swordsman gameplay pre level 20+
    Gunner, is more consistant in contributing but with the common projectile glitches, just as frustrating. You craft/buy your bullets, watch every 3rd bullet fly through the enemy as you slowly... slooowly.. drain down the hp.
    My advice:
    Add more skills to the game, don't lock them behind farming soul-potatoes to unlock them, maybe let people pick paths to adjust their experience.
    Fighter: engage and disengaging skills, so they wont turn into punching bags for monsters and be forced to stay afk until their hp is back up.
    Swordsman: has movement already, but its meaningless if you have to wait 14s to keep going. No level 10 player needs a stun, bleed and teleport skill. The stun is great to avoid the hit trading, but if the skill has a shorter cooldown (equally reduced damage) it's less of an idle-game simulator and more of a combat feeling.
    Sniper: Hard to give an advice there, as the projectile glitches are client based, combined with the blowpipe its actually quite fun but due to the low early damage, it feels less exciting than mining trees in minecraft with bare fists.
    Allow players to decide if they want a more calm experience or a more dynamic experience by giving them more skills. 
    Fighters can be jumpy, having a lunge attack, pounce, rolling or what ever, to engage and disengage the enemies.
    Swordsmen should just have a less overtuned early skill in exchange for lower cooldowns, that way they can actually do more actions per minute instead of just running.
     
    I know I most likely just scratched the surface but, after 10 hours of early game, its fair to say, I'd rather play actual idle games than playing pirate souls at this current state.
    I personally play games to have fun. (who doesn't) - Being forced to run away 56seconds per minute because of overtuned cooldowns, isn't fun.
     
    Keep up the great work tho, so maybe.. some day the game can actually keep their players 😄

    this game would be so much more fun if it had a bigger community with new players coming in often. Best way to do that is spreading the news on apps like tik Tok and twitter and Instagram. Dev's please this game is too good for only the gated few, all it takes is a little effort in advertising. shoot I'd do it if i was properly compensated. this game has so much potential, and I'd hate to see it go to waste.

    Add a any to get skill reset without paying for diamonds

    Looking at the shop its clear that there are no pay to win aspects. Quality of life global buff and cosmetics are all that's there besides skill reset. Especially when this game gets a bit more popular it will be a common for players to want to reset their skills when a meta develops for pvp or just pve. I believe it would be a good quality of life improvement to add a way to get them as they are likely something that could be EXTREMELY important to have a few of later on. I suggest offering it to a shop for a berries maybe 1-3k depending on how easy it is to acquire berries later on. It will also remove real money trades if that's something you are worried about as I see a lot of people advertising in the community discord about it.

    Swordsmen

    The Swordsmen level 10 skill - Devil Slash needs to be made into a 1 second cast time as it's a CC homing that also warps you to the target.

    Allow it to be 1 second run cast or 2 second run cast either or

    Fighter
    Give Fighter gloves or some type of knuckle/boxing gloves/Brass knuckles as a weapon with a base damage/crit/attack speed that can be upgraded by blacksmiths eventually.

    Look into Fighter's cooldowns

    Leopard/Reindeer

    Reduce the Mp Drain transformed to 1 or 0.5 as the drain is heavy at a rate of 5

    Ice Fruit

    Make ice Fruit Firsts skill a 1 second run cast or slightly reduce the stun time but keeping it instant

    Rubber Fruit
    For Rubber we need a way to be able to farm a boss or kill a boss with a chance to drop this fruit as there is only 1 way to get it in game and its via quest which makes it a bound item.

    *Fire and Light Fruits are both fine as well as Sniper*



    Other Changes 
    When we go to pick up drops from mobs and there is the same type of drop; allow it to pick up all of the same type within a 4-tile radius of where you are picking up. You should only be able to pick up the drops of the "mobs" you killed/did most damage to and not anyone Elses. 
      Hair should still show under caps, bandanas, and any type of headwear unless it's a full head covering like desert hood.
      Add this item as a Cash shop item Or an Event Ticket Item; Catalyst - This item will allow you to make a bound item unbound so that you can trade it, drop it, or sell it to a shop for 100 berries
      Make it so that you can only power level people within 15 levels of your level. If they are out of range, they won't get experience from the creatures you kill. However, if they kill their own creatures, they will still be awarded experience.

    Quality of Life Changes
     
    Targeting reticle needs to be slightly more visible or simply change the icon for targeting
      Chat Box/Blessing Notifier, and Your Hud that shows at the bottom Needs to be slightly transparent. Try Lowering the Opacity some so we can see through it.
      When you kill someone, and it tells you that you are awarded with ____ needs to be made a different color than the chat color

    Bow for sniper specialisation

    A new simple weapon for Sniper class

    A bow that allows user to shoot a one tiled fast arrow but has to be charged 1 sec for every shot.
    Stronger bow can maybe have piercing arrow shots.

    Please make more servers (EU, Asia, etc)

    Player experience is greatly hindered by the fact. That the lag for players in different parts of the world is so widely different. A player in EU could think they're running, while, for the server, they're standing still while another player, closer phisically to the server, is beating the snot out of them. This is specially important given how PvP oriented this game is.
    I understand this is not easy nor cheap to do, however I believe this'd help create a more diverse and definitely better player experience for those outside of North America.

    [Job] Unfair balance

    Hello,

    There is actually 3 jobs in the game, and I am totally aware that it's far to be polished right now.
    So why not allowing people to switch once per day their job in case they picked the wrong one ?
    To be honest there is nearly no economic transaction actually between jobs.

    - Doctor is a must have for every newcomer cause the regeneration time is a pain.
    - Blacksmith : Is a must have if you wanna compete at higher levels due to "Upgrade Weapon" (and it's simply the end game actually).
    - Cook : This job is just here to fill a gap, it got no use despite eating some Roasted Meat that heals for 70hp for 60sec cooldown (when you got 1000hp, it's laughtable, seeing the Doctors healing every 40sec twice of this amount).

    Here some idea I find interesting :
    - Rework the Doctor job - he could now make some Herbal Medicine (like HP Pills on Nin Online) with a 60 sec cooldown & can revive or cure the Death sickness.
    Having an improved Healing skill.

    - The Cook job - Could make Healing food giving buff for a duration (not actual useless recipe, with rare components for weak boots), and 40sec fast healing food based on Health and cost component !

    - The Blacksmith - Make ammo and upgrading weapons. Upgrades being usable for everyone, making the possibility for the crafter to make money from their job and not just using is own stuff.
    - Add a Technique (First Aid) everyone could use : Like the actual doctor's healing skill.

    For the moment, taking a specific job & class is so important and unbalanced that the game clearly turn on 2 main things : Being a Swordman/Blacksmith or re-create your character wich is not really a great idea for a MMO.
