Boss Instance Lock To Player

Add a cooldown to the player if they have recently killed an instanced boss, instead of allowing the same players to hop between instances and kill the boss multiple times.

My issue with this idea is drop rates are currently centered around the fact that the boss can be killed once every 30 minutes, If the amount of times the boss could be killed within a 30 minute period is increased then the drop rates would need to be lowered in my opinion but other than that I have no qualms.

We will definitely add instanced boss later on in the game progression to encourage crew adventure. It will not work with a cooldown though.
