I think cooked meat has a 60 second timer, how does that compare to the heal?

I think the heal as well need a lil bit of a scaling buff, but I also think that heal 15 sec is abit too low making heals pretty much spam able.
So I would reduce the cast timer to 1 sec and push the cd timer down to 25 sec.

I meant reducing it by 20-15 meaning itll be either 20 or 25 seconds. At least halving it.

Not at all, the food heal is unrelated to the medic profession "Roseo Heal".
