Nerf teleport/CC skills

Currently in pvp teleport skills such as the swordmaster stun/teleport it's way too strong, yes you've got the dash but the skill is way too quick to come out that you can't counter it. There should be an indication of when a teleport/CC is being used so the other person can prepare against it as there is no other way to counter CC/Teleports on you. A visual preparation and a longer cast time for these type of skills

Only 1 swordsmen skill is a CC skill and its our only counter skill. Fighter has 3 counter skills and while sniper has none a sniper is long range and can turn invisible.

Outside of that 1 skill the rest give an indication on when its being casted. 

A CC skill should not be instant tho. it should be 1 second cast and the third skill should be instant

That's what I mean, CC skills shouldnt be instant, there should be an animation/warning VERY clear warning of whats happening to counter it like Nin does
