Losable Quest Items

Some quests have an item that is lost on death.

We should be able to trade it back to the player. OR #PIRATE ransom it.

Unfortunately, if we allow those items to be traded, it would be possible to stack them in an alt and easily use them to avoid doing the whole mission.
